Victoria Beckham named Designer of the Year

Victoria Beckham was one of a trio of Brits to win at yesterday's Global Fashion Awards. The designer was named Womenswear Designer Of The Year.

Photographer Rankin, who took the BearFaced pics for Children in Need, was entered into the Hall of Fame, while Topshop won Womenswear Design Team at the event held in London.

As we told you yesterday, the charity is encourage women to get sponsored to go without make-up on Children In Need day, November 9th.

Victoria Beckham says she's happy for Harper to be a tomboy

Victoria Beckham obviously takes great care in how she dresses daughter Harper, but she's admitted that she'll be okay if the tot isn't as interested in fashion as she is when she grows up.

The designer had told a French fashion magazine: "If she turns out to be a tomboy - with three brothers, it can happen - I'll be okay with that."

When asked whether she was planning a children's clothing line she said: "Let me breathe! I have four kids. I always wonder what I will do next... I will move forward, slowly but surely."
