MAC teases Nicki Minaj lavender lipstick

MAC Cosmetics has tweeted the promo shot of Nicki Minaj's new Viva Glam lipstick.

In a break from her usual pink, the singer is launching a lavender shade with the cosmetics brand. MAC and Nicki had tweeted asking Nicki's fans to get #LAVENDERISTHENEWPINK trending, promising that if they did MAC would publish the ad.

Miley Cyrus does Nicki Minaj for Halloween

Miley Cyrus has tweeted a pic of herself dressed up as Nicki Minaj for Halloween. How fantastic is that? Miley is pictured with her pal and make-up artist, Denika Bedrossian who was dressed as a pageant queen.

Miley sent the pic to Nicki saying: "you a stupppppiddddd hoe #stupittttstupitttt" and Nicki obviously took it as a compliment as she retweeted the pic to her followers.

Nicki Minaj releases fragrance advertisement

Nicki Minaj has released the first ad for her debut perfume, Pink Friday.

The ad shows the rapper in a tutu and bejewelled heel-less shoes standing in front of the New York skyline. The ad also shows the bottle, which is modelled on Nicki.

VMAs 2012: best of the red carpet

Last night saw the MTV VMAs at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and it was a very glitzy red carpet.

Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Katy Perry and Pink all went for stunning floor length gowns, while Taylor Swift went for an all white trouser suit, and Nicki Minaj and Rita Ora caused a stir in bling-tastic jumpsuits.

So sit back and enjoy the best of the red carpet.

Nicki Minaj goes for bondage look on London visit

We warned you yesterday that we were a little over excited about Nicki Minaj visiting London Nicki Minaj visiting London!

Nicki was spotted heading out of her hotel last night to record an interview for the Graham Norton Show wearing what can only be described as a bondage inspired outfit. Her itsy bitsy black dress, polka dot tights and platform shoes were covered in interconnecting black straps.

Nicki Minaj arrives in London & announces debut fragrance

At last, that crazy whirl wind of eclectic fashion that is Nicki Minaj has arrived in London!

Nicki is over here to promote her new album plus she's announced the launch of her debut fragrance. She explained: "I have always been a huge fan of great fragrances. This is yet another extension of my creative expression and I can't wait to share it with the world. I designed this scent and bottle with my Barbz in mind; I know they will love it!"

The perfume is set to hit the shops this Autumn. Plus it's rumoured that Nicki is working on campaigns with both Adidas and Pepsi.

Nicki Minaj mixes lace and leopard print

She's always happy to push fashion boundaries, and though we admire her eclectic fashion sense, we don't often want to dress like Nicki Minaj. But maybe things have changed.

Take a look at the outfit Nicki wore while out on a promotional tour for her new album. Lace shorts, plus leopard print lining on her rolled-up sleeves jacket. It shouldn't work, but it does. It's fashion genius.

Nicki Minaj explains her hair obsession

Nicki Minaj is not a girl afraid of trying out a new look, especially when it comes to her hair - and this month's cover shoot for US magazine Allure is no exception.

When asked about her obsession with new hair styles, Nicki explained: “I had done something I thought was really, really, really cute, and I showed my neighbor,” she says. “She was like, ‘Why’d you do that to your hair?’ And I never forget what I said: ‘I’m someone new in this hair.’”
