Victoria Beckham admits to catwalk nerves

Victoria Beckham has admitted that she suffers from nerves before showing her collections at fashion week.

According to Vogue, the designer, who has wowed New York with her designs, said: "Before the collections go out, I feel sick to my stomach. I was completely overwhelmed and ecstatically happy when I walked on to the catwalk at the end."

So London Fashion Week is over for another six months. We've seen colour, prints and florals galore. It's been exciting and as ever with London it's been street-style at its best.

London Fashion Week: best of the shows so far...

It's London Fashion Week, and the great and the good of British fashion are showing their Spring/Summer 2013 collections. So just as the nights get longer and the days get colder we can dream of the long warm evenings of next summer.

Some of the big guns have already shown, with House of Holland, Mary Katrantzou and Vivienne Westwood all having their catwalks presentations over the weekend,. So far rints are big, colours are bold and we're madly in love with House of Holland's patchwork dress.

Amy Childs launches her own clothing range with a catwalk show

Amy Childs showcased her new clothing range last night at an exclusive catwalk show at London's Gilgamesh bar and restaurant. As we'd expect from Amy, the range includes some gorgeous dresses, a few were breathtakingly short (we've made a mental note to tone up our legs for this summer!) some long and flowing and some even slightly demure!

We particularly like the floppy white top with Amy's famous slogan 'Well Jel', you've got to love Amy's sense of humour!

Paris Fashion Week Ready-to-Wear Autumn/Winter 2012

Paris's ready-to-wear Fashion Week saw collections from the likes of Stella McCartney, Chanel and Christian Dior, as well as hosting Kanye West's second womenswear collection.

It also hosted a gaggle of celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry and high-priestess of celebrity fashion Sarah-Jessica Parker.

Milan Fashion Week 2012

Milan Fashion Week ended yesterday after six days of catwalk shows, parties and openings.

It's the event that the big guns of the fashion world attend, with Gucci, Moschino, Versace, D&G and Armani just some of the fashion houses with shows here. It even saw supermodel Naomi Campbell stomp the catwalk for Roberto Cavalli.

Victoria Beckham wears one of her own designs on a night out

Victoria Beckham has posted a Twitter pic of her wearing one of her own dresses getting ready for a night out.

The former Spice Girl-turned-designer tweeted: "Getting ready for @VanityFair @EvaLongoria Foundation event, wearing favourite dress from AW12! Xvb". The blue dress, with black collars and cuffs and a black zip at the back was shown at Victoria's recent catwalk show at New York Fashion Week and is part of her Autumn/Winter 2012 collection.

London Fashion Week 2012

London Fashion Week has drawn to a close. After five days of catwalk shows which gave us a glimpse of Autumn/Winter 2012's fashion, the UK fashion industry is going for a nice long lie down.

On the whole London seemed more sober than Paris Haute Couture and New York apart from the some dashes of colour from the likes of Antonio Berardi and Matthew Williamson.

New York Fashion Week is always a biggie, but it was positively bursting at the seams this year. You couldn't move for big fashion names - from Calvin Klein to Ralph Lauren, and Oscar de la Renta to Vera Wang.
