Lady Gaga's airport style

We've all had the 'what to wear to travel in' dilemma. We are MTV Style UK tend to opt for comfy trousers and flip flops, but it's true to say we don't have the world's paparazzi waiting to take our photo as we head out of arrivals.

Nevertheless, we are concerned that even in First Class Lady Gaga wouldn't have had the comfiest of trips as she landed in Tokyo in this get up. Sky high platform boots (surely she had to slip those off at security?), tight studded leather dress and the biggest mound of hair extensions we've ever seen!
